Warranty and Product Replacement

At Brilliant Blinds Edmonton, all our blinds come with a complete warranty. If during the normal life of your blind, any part breaks or wears through normal use, we will replace it at no cost to you.

What is Covered by Our Warranty?

Our warranty covers any defects or problems that occur with the blinds as a result of faulty parts, normal wear, and tear, or improper installation.

  • – For as long as the original retail buyer owns the product, our items are covered for flaws in materials, construction, or failure to function.
  • – Internal components
  • – Brackets, hardware, and parts
  • – Delamination of the fabric
  • – Cords that are in use.
  • – Repairs and/or replacements will be made using comparable or identical components or goods

Not Covered by Our Warranty

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage as a result of negligence, misuse, accidents, improper cleaning procedures or other causes unrelated to workmanship.

  • – Our warranty does not cover damages from natural disasters such as fire, earthquakes, etc.
  • – We do not offer refunds for your purchases under any circumstances. We do however offer the option to exchange your product if it fails under normal use.
  • – Use of the wrong type or amount of adhesives, installation methods that are not approved by us, and other errors in cleaning or maintenance may cause this.
  • -If you have chosen a custom size larger than what is required, the warranty will only cover up to the actual measurements ordered.
  • – We do not provide a warranty for any products that were installed by customers or anyone other than professional installers.
  • – Our warranty only covers the replacement/repair of products and does not cover installation costs, if applicable.

Returns and Exchange Procedure

There may be instances when you decide to return your purchase because it did not match your needs or preferences quite right. In these instances, our policy is to offer store credit of the purchase price of your product in exchange for a return. In order to find out if your product is eligible for a return, please contact us at the number provided on our contact page.

How Can I Get Warranty Service?

If you have received a defective or wrong product, please call us at the number provided on our contact page. The warranty only covers products that are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Any damage incurred during transport will render your warranty null and void.
